DF-50 Diffusion Hazer ReviewThe first time I saw a Reel EFX DF-50 Diffusion Hazer was at an outdoor concert. The guest LD used one. It was all beat up and missing most of the labeling. We had a couple other hazers on stage. At the beginning of the set – the haze did not look good. It was windy and very uneven. Later in the night – the wind calmed down and the haze fill the stage and all the way out to FOH. When you see the DF-50 in action. You might think that the output is poor. But that haze hangs for a long time. Great for the Entertainment Industry, Theater, TV or Church.

Reel EFX DF50 Diffusion Hazer Description
The Reel EFX Diffusion Hazer is a patented machine utilizing a triple filtered system that breaks down the Diffusion Fluid (food grade mineral oil blend) to a uniform 1 micron sized droplet. CAL/OSHA has concluded that these airborne mist levels do not exceed OSHA or CAL/OSHA. Thin haze not like fog – haze with no heat.
Final Thoughts About Reel EFX Diffusion Hazer
The hazer is one of the cleanest and most efficient on the market. It requires no warm up period. It is also economical and non glycol haze. With a long hang time – it is my favorite hazer.
